How do I clear a portrait space?
If you have uploaded artwork into a portrait space within the past 14 days, you can simply re-upload a new piece of art into the space.
If it's been longer and you want to clear a portrait space, a Silver Sponsorship is required to clear portrait spaces. Sponsors can add the Clear portrait spaces item to their cart on Digo Market.
If the wrong portrait was uploaded and you're past the 14-day grace period, send us a support ticket and we may be able to help.
