We cannot offer refunds for virtual goods and subscriptions. If you purchased the wrong item, we are happy to exchange it for another item of equal value. In case of accidental purchases, we can exchange the item for an equal amount of Golden DragonScales, which can be used on Digo Market or traded to other players. Please note that chargebacks of payments will lead to the permanent loss of access to your account(s) and character(s). Please send us a ticket through the support system with any questions.
