If you have forgotten your account password, you can request it here. If you don't have a Furcadia account yet, but want to recover a character that was created before the account system had been added, please use the character recovery service.
If you don't remember your email address exactly or the above services for recovery don't work for you, we can try to help with the recovery of accounts and characters, but we cannot guarantee that we can return accounts if the player lost access to them. We need to be able to verify an ownership claim before we can return an account or a character.
Remembering the email address, at least partially, is necessary, even if it may have become inactive. Knowing only the email address however is not sufficient, we need other information that supports your ownership claim as well. Examples would be order confirmations, details about the items and artwork on the character, etc. Please contact us by submitting a support ticket with relevant details.
