Please contact us directly by submitting a support ticket. We require the following information:
- name of the character
- email address of the account the character was on or is registered to
- the last time you used the character
Any additional details are helpful, including but not limited to:
- number and description of portraits
- Digo items
- order numbers related to the character, etc
- any theories on what might have happened.
