I think my character was deleted. How did that happen?
Inactive characters that do not have portrait spaces or active avatars on them will eventually expire and be deleted from the database. To prevent this, log into your characters at least every few months or put a portrait space or Digo avatar on them. If you're certain that your character did not expire but was stolen, please see under "My character was stolen!".
