How do I delete my account?
For verification and security reasons, please send us an email to community@furcadia.com from the address that matches the account, with a request to have the corresponding account permanently deleted. We will send back a confirmation request. Once deleted, the same email address cannot be used for a new account. The characters on the account will not be deleted right away and will follow normal expiration rules. Please note that there is a 30-day delay between the request and the actual deletion.
If you change your mind during the 30 days, please contact us by submitting a support ticket.
