If your Group package is tied to a subscription, please send us a support ticket. Please include your order code. If you don't have access to it, the email address used for payment or the name of the character the subscription was originally purchased may also suffice. Your support request must be sent from an email address that matches the Furcadia account of the character/uploader that the Group package is on.
If you wish to transfer a Group package FOR LIFE to a character on a different account, there will be a processing fee of 20 Golden DragonScales. Please ensure that the 20 GD are on the same character that currently holds the Group package. Transfers are final and considered gifts to the recipient. We cannot assist with trades or agreements between players.
