As a first measure, put the offending player on ignore by typing ignore <player name>. It is best to not reward trolls or offensive individuals with attention. Please see the Silence Rule page for more information. Encourage your friends to do the same to attention-starve the troll.
If the offending player continues to harass you, do not engage with them, other than to tell them you're putting them on ignore. Contact a Guardian in the game by typing, help I need a Guardian. Someone will get back to you.
In cases where you cannot find a Guardian in-game even after waiting for a while, please contact us by submitting a support ticket. Please include any relevant information and material, including log files and especially screenshots. The more detail you provide, the better we may be able to help.
