- Change the password of your payment service account. Do not write it down, or share it with anyone. Do not use a password you use anywhere else.
- Scan your computer for viruses and trojans. If you do not have a virus scanner, you can scan your computer for free here.
- Contact us and describe your situation. Please attach the email address you use with your payment service with your message, and any transaction IDs you can find, if possible. The more information you can provide, the quicker we can locate the payments in question
