I can't see or use my new digo item, but "info" says I have it.

If you have only recently purchased or been gifted a digo item, it may take a short while before it will appear in your description or be available to use. This is usually less than 15 minutes. If it has been longer than this, please try reconnecting (logging off, and back in) to refresh your character information.

If you still can't see the item or the avatar even though you see it in the list of your things (that are shown when you type "info", without the quotes), it is possible that some of your local files were damaged. This is easy to fix! Start by closing Furcadia completely and then start the Configuration and Troubleshooting Tool from your Furcadia program group. In this tool, go down to the "Cache" category and first clear the avatar cache and then "everything". Close the tool and restart Furcadia. You should now see your items.
