I lost a character, how can I get it back?

If you have recently reinstalled Furcadia and don't have your character's data file (the INI file) and you know your password, you can retrieve your character's INI file at this URL:

Note that characters may expire and get automatically deleted after a period of inactivity. If the email address for the character was confirmed by the player then this will be after several months of inactivity (the exact period depends on the age of the character, how intensely it had been used, etc) and an email with a warning is sent before the character is deleted. However, a character that has avatars (from the Digo Market) or Portrait Spaces on them will never expire.

If you think your character has not expired, but may have possibly been stolen, please send us a support ticket with all relevant details (when you created it, what email address it was registered to, when you last used it, if you shared it with anyone, if you created it, information about Digo items or portrait spaces that are on the character, order codes if available, etc.).
