When you place an order, a link to your invoice is sent to your email address. The invoice has a cancel option near the top. Please note that only orders that have not been paid for / fulfilled yet can be canceled. If you placed an order that was partially paid for with Golden DragonScales, but has not been completed, the Golden DragonScales will be returned to the originating character. It is not possible to cancel or refund orders whose payment has been completed or that were already delivered.
